You need to create a Judge account before creating and updating Adventures.
Enter a Judges Name and Password. You stay logged in until you log out, and that account's adventures open without their adventure password.
A judge account keeps a list of the adventures that judge created. Logging in on this tab lasts until Log Out. Once logged in, you can open your adventures without a password. But saving changes, either here or when syncing from the Crawler's Companion, still requires entering the adventure password.
Type purple to prove you're not an Orc. Then enter a Judges Name, a password, the password again, a recovery email, and a hint if you want one. If a hint was saved, it shows up when a password is not accepted. The recovery email gets a link to set a new password. The Purple Sorcerer can't see that address. If that Judges Name is already taken, the old account is left alone.
Enter your Judges Name and Password. You stay logged in until you hit Log Out at the top of the page. Your adventures are listed, and you can open them without the adventure password. If you forgot the judge password, enter the name and the recovery email. When they match, a reset link is sent, and it works for one hour. If they don't match, the page says so.
A separate adventure password lets a judge share that adventure with a friend by providing them with the adventure name and password. The friend can then open and update that adventure, and can access and modify the adventure by typing the password into the Crawler's Companion. The judge password stays with the judge, so the friend does not get access to the judge's account or the judge's other adventures.
If you've forgotten your password you can request a password reset on the Open Adventure tab. The form asks for the adventure name and the recovery email of a judge who owns that adventure. If a match is found, a link will be sent to that email address to reset the password: it will work for one hour. When you click on the link in the email you can reset the adventure password. The judge password stays the same.
Log in before you create an adventure, or copy one to a new name. The new adventure is added to this account. Updating an adventure you already have does not change the list. The Crawler also needs this judge name and password in Judges Settings before it can create an adventure.
In the Crawler, open Options and enter the judge name and password under Judges Settings. The Battle Manager needs that account before it can create an adventure. The adventure field lists that judge's adventures, and you can still type a name.
By default, the Battle Manager loads an adventure that matches the group name set in its Options dialog. A judge however can type a different adventure name in the manager to access a different adventure. (Group dice sharing remains with the Group name). If the Judge enters the adventure password in the Battle Manager, then changes made in the Crawler syncs with the data on the server. Without that password, a refresh downloads the saved party and encounter data, and changes made during the current fight are lost.
